Some people may get help with rent, back-rent, or temporary housing for up to six months. If approved, payment goes to the landlord — not to you directly.

Any Medicaid member can get screened. A care coordinator reviews your needs and explains which services or referrals may be available.

A short screening shows you need help with things like food or housing.
Some services are for Medicaid members with certain health situations. A person will explain which rules apply.
Screening does not lock in a service. A real person checks what you may qualify for and explains next steps.

How long some services may last
Pregnant or recently had a baby?
Up to 12 months after birth
Eligible members may qualify for meals, food boxes, or groceries during pregnancy and for up to 12 months after birth. Some meal programs can cover up to three meals a day.
